Planned Parenthood’s Circle of Friends Program Gets Shout-out on National Blog

Deborah Chilcoat’s post on helping teens learn break-up skills is timely information for Valentine’s Day and recognizes a program with roots in Western New York. She writes,

” A few years ago, I added to my standard repertoire of lessons…how to construct and deliver an effective break-up statement. This decision was inspired by an activity in the Circle of Friends program by Planned Parenthood of Western New York.
